Calling All #Authors ~ Novel First Line Feature

Posted by on August 23, 2012 in Promotions | 17 comments

Time for something FUN. Thing of this as speed dating for readers. I want authors everywhere to post the first line of the book in the comments section following the format outlined below.

I will be making a post with all the entries that I will be sharing on Twitter, Facebook, Goodreads . . . yeah, everywhere pretty much . . . that readers can go to to find out which books immediately catch their fancy. Maybe we’ll even throw in a little contest with awards and all that jazz.

So who’s down for some fun? Just comment with the following by August 31st 2012:

  • First Sentence of your Book.
  • Book’s Genre
  • Book Title
  • Author Name
  • Bit.Ly Link to Purchase your Book
I can’t wait to hear from you all and see what you have in store for us!
